On average, a retail customer will ultimately spend between five and six hours at a dealership when test driving, purchasing, and taking delivery of a new vehicle. Our job is to have the entire process take less than 1 hour!

Ultimately, The Car Concierge hopes that their customers have a good idea of what they want when they contact us. However, if you are in the beginning stages of shopping, and you are not sure which vehicle you desire, we can use our knowledge and resources to help you make an informed decision. Unlike a specific dealership, we can offer unbiased opinions regardless of make or model. The Car Concierge is not beholden to any specific brand or any specific dealership.

After you have decided on a particular make and model, we can get you “bottom-of-the-line” wholesale market pricing in a matter of days. At a dealership you might spend hours and hours of negotiating back and forth between salesman and manager and still not achieve the pricing that The Car Concierge can do for you. Remember, there is more to a deal than the selling price. We focuses on ALL aspects of the entire deal structure to make sure that you keep on coming back to us for all of your future car needs!

Once we have a deal in place, the selling dealership where we located your car, generates the contract of the sale. At that point, you can take delivery of your new car at the selling dealership if it is local to you, or we can sometimes even arrange to have the vehicle delivered to your home or office.

Our business relies solely on repeat and referral generated sales, therefore it is our priority to achieve 100% satisfaction with every deal we do for our clients. We expect our business relationships to be everlasting, and our customer and dealer interactions are conducted accordingly.

Where do the vehicles purchased through The Car Concierge come from?

All new vehicles sold or leased through The Car Concierge are from factory authorized new car dealerships (no one can buy direct from the factory except Tesla). All new vehicles sold or leased come complete with the full manufacturer’s new car warranties. We will make sure that ALL incentives and/or rebates still apply where applicable! Our service does not affect any dealer obligations or factory warranties. You will be able to service your new vehicle at any local dealer service department in the entire nation.

What do we charge for our service?

The Car Concierge charges a flat fee of $495 for all cars below $75,000 and a little bit more for cars over $75,000

How can we find the right vehicle at the right price?

We shop for the best deal comparing prices from as many dealerships as possible even those way out of the area. Our low prices are possible due to the 25+ year relationship that The Car Concierge has established in the car community. When we call a dealership they know not to mess around or play games with us…the only way for them to get us to source a car through their dealership is to offer us the absolute best pricing around which is always volume market based and has nothing to do with either MSRP or Invoice.

Using The Car Concierge’s extensive network of dealer relationships, we can offer infinite options of color choice and equipment for any particular model. Having access to so many different inventories allows The Car Concierge the advantage of having no boundaries or bias within any specific brand.

Can The Car Concierge assist in the pricing and locating of high demand vehicles?

Of Course! Vehicles that are in high demand, such as brand new models, hybrids and highline exotic sports cars are The Car Concierge specialty. Just keep in mind that very often the “market” determines how good of a price we can generate on your behalf.

Using a large network of dealers throughout the nation, we will find your car, regardless of scarcity due to extreme demand or limited supply. Let us make all the calls. Let us negotiate the deal. Our extensive network of dealer connections provides us many options in which to locate any desired vehicle.

If you already have dealer cost information from the Internet, what benefits will using The Car Concierge provide?

Again…time IS money and there is more to a great deal then just the selling price. Purchasing a car based primarily on the selling price, without considering other factors that may apply can cost you thousands of dollars in the long run.

Dealerships are in business to make money. If a dealer saves you money on the selling price, they will try to make money on the financing rate or trade-in value or accessories or warranties, etc. Our service is provided to help customers on all fronts of the negotiating process. Furthermore if you simply want to see if The Car Concierge can beat a price that you already have received from a retail car dealership, let us know the details and we can make some calls for you to our suppliers. Just be aware of “low-ball” unrealistic offers from dealers…because as they say, if the offer is too good to be true…it probably is.
